Processing Bros provides merchant-services consulting, payment-processing quotes, statement audits, equipment recommendations, and related communications to qualified business owners primarily located in the United States.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

When you provide your mobile phone number through one of our forms and opt in by checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Processing Bros related to your fee audit, forensic report, equipment quote, application status, and follow-up support.

Message frequency: Varies based on your activity. Typical volume is 2–6 messages per month.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Quotes & Estimates

Savings calculators, processor comparisons, and rate audits are estimates based on the data you provide and current public pricing. Final pricing is determined by underwriting and the executed merchant agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, calculators, audit reports, and tools are owned by Processing Bros and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific savings outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Processing Bros and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

9. Changes to These Terms
